We use TNT, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other couriers, which may vary upon destination country for best pricing, service, and speed of delivery. We provide tracking numbers for all orders. We will email you the tracking number once we deliver your order. Please note there might be a delay of 1 or 2 days for you to receive your tracking number for international orders due to the transit.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly; regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
To receive a full refund with 30 days after receipt of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you the instructions to proceed.

Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed, and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized.
All products purchased directly from www.aceloxtech.com come with a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of an order, if you are not satisfied with our product, you may return products purchased directly from Acelox for a refund minus the shipping cost.
Please contact us to claim the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. The RMA numbers are valid for only three (3) weeks from issuance.
All returned items must be in like-new condition, securely packed for shipment in the original box, with all accessories and manuals included, and sent with an RMA Number. We will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA number clearly labeled outside the box.
